Was ist Frubis?

Natürlich. Frucht.

Leckerste Früchte, die perfekt ohne Einschränkungen, ohne Schuldgefühle und zu jeder Tageszeit genossen werden können. Frubis sind getrocknete Früchte in Stückchen oder dünnen Scheiben, denen in einem Dörrautomat lediglich Wasser entzogen wird. Hierdurch wird das Aroma erhalten und eine unwiderstehliche Knusprigkeit erzielt.

Kurz gesagt: getrocknete Früchte, ohne Frittieren, ohne Farb- und Konservierungsstoffe und mit hohem Ballaststoffanteil.

Man könnte Frubis einen Snack nennen, wobei Frubis natürlich viel bekömmlicher als jeder andere Snack ist.

1. Harvest and selection

Only the best fresh fruits are harvested and carefully selected.

2. Fruit reception

In the fruit reception there is a strict quality control (chemical, physical, microbiological and sensory analyzes).

3. Washing

In the factory the fruits are carefully washed to remove all of the impurities naturally present.

4. Preparing and cutting

Some fruits are peeled, pitted and then cut into thin slices.

5. Dehydration

This is one of the most important steps in the process. At this stage, the sliced fruit is placed into dehydrators. Where the evaporation of the water happens until we get the perfect crispness and concentration of unique flavours!

6. Packing

The dehydrated fruit is now packed according to the best hygienic practices and under controlled humidity conditions. These packages keep the crispness and flavour of our fruits.
